Golf & Music Festival Details

General Festival Information:

  • This is an all-ages event — children 5 and under enter free.
  • Parental Supervision: Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol will be available for purchase. Valid ID is required for a wristband, and drinking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Outdoor Event – Rain or Shine: The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Come prepared and ready to enjoy an unforgettable experience — rain or shine!

Ticket Prices Breakdown

Our General Admission and VIP tickets are priced in tiers. Ticket prices will increase to the next tier with just one week’s notice. To avoid missing out on savings, make sure to purchase your tickets as soon as possible.

*PLEASE NOTE: Ticket tiers don’t indicate a different area within the ticket type you purchased (General Admission or VIP), but rather a price difference.

VIP TICKET Tickets available online only. Includes expedited entry and access to premium amenities:

  • Front-of-stage viewing at the Main Stage
  • VIP-only restrooms
  • VIP bars (beverages available for purchase)
  • Direct access to exclusive food vendors

  • Shaded viewing area at the Main Stage

Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: May 2025
Applies to: All event ticket purchases made through https://carrollnational.golf

1. Ticket Delivery

All event tickets purchased through our website are will-call only. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, and your name will be added to the event guest list. No physical or digital tickets will be mailed or emailed.

You may be asked to show your order confirmation or ID at the check-in area on the day of the event.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final.
Carroll National Golf Club does not offer refunds or exchanges for event tickets, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Weather conditions
  • Personal circumstances
  • No-shows

If an event is canceled by Carroll National Golf Club, you will be notified and offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

3. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and contact details so we can update the registration list.
